Headquartered just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio we own a mix of CBS, FOX, ABC, NBC, CW and myNetworkTV stations.
Our company was founded in 2006 to purchase 9 television stations previously owned by the New York Times Company.
In 2008, we purchased 8 more stations previously owned by Fox Television Stations, Inc.
In 2008, we sold one station, and purchased WTVR in Richmond, VA.
In 2010, we purchased WGNT in Norfolk, VA.
