Local TV LLC owns and/or operates 21 broadcast television stations in the United States.

Our company was founded in 2007 to purchase 9 television stations previously owned by the New York Times Company.

In 2008, we purchased 8 more stations from Fox Television Stations, Inc.

In 2009, we purchased WTVR in Richmond, VA.

In 2010, we purchased WGNT in Norfolk, VA.

In 2012, we purchased KXNW in Northwest Arkansas.

Our corporate office is located in Newport, Kentucky right across the river from downtown Cincinnati near Newport on the Levee.
